Shipping information
ROOME founding stockist orders will begin dispatching from Queensland in early November 2026. All founding orders are included in our first delivery window.
Freight is not included in candle or stockist pack prices. Once your order has been packed, freight will be calculated and invoiced separately before dispatch.
Orders are sent by road freight in cartons or on pallets, depending on the size of the order.
Tracking or consignment details will be emailed once your order has been collected by the carrier.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date.

Freight charges
Freight is calculated after packing so the charge reflects the final carton count, dimensions, weight and delivery destination.
A separate freight invoice will be issued before dispatch. Freight is not included in the wholesale prices shown on the website.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking or consignment details will be supplied once your order has been collected by the carrier.
Please contact us promptly if the delivery address needs to be changed. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
